Over the past 46 years, Alma has been a driving force behind and staunch supporter of the Foundation’s planning, development and administration of numerous buildings and social service programs, especially Alma Rangel Gardens and the Home Sharing and Respite Care Program. Alma has advocated on behalf of each of our endeavors to ensure the Foundation’s ongoing provision of the highest quality housing and social services for older New Yorkers.![]()
